Our items can be delivered to where you will be staying, anywhere in Portugal (whether it’s a hotel or a residence), or you can pick it up in the airport post office when you arrive.
Where and when to pickup at the airport
To receive your Hotspot or SIM card, just mention that you are collecting a package addressed to you, show any ID and indicate the tracking code of your order. Be sure to use the same name when making the order. .

IMPORTANT
*Considering the possibility of flight delays and queuing at the immigration, please make sure you allow yourself plenty of time between the arrival of your flight and closing hours of the post office.
*If you are not sure you will have enough time, we recommend that you choose the Hotel or Residence pickup.
*You will need to present passport or ID to collect the package. Please make sure you enter the name as shown on the passport as a receiver of the package.
